globally renamed Tecumsehcenterforthearts to Thsgradkid

I globally renamed Tecumsehcenterforthearts to Thsgradkid. However, I am not unblocking as this user clearly has a conflict of interest, has produced an unambiguously promotional page, and has some peculiar notions about his voice being heard and Wikipedia being for the people. He is here to remedy other theaters having the "privilege" of an encyclopedia article and sees his chosen subject at a disadvantage. User needs to affirm reading and heeding WP:COI and perhaps WP:PAID. I will leave the unblock request for the contemplation of others. I am not trying to promote a theatre. I am giving others a source to read about its history and cultural significance. I had to make an account in order to create the page, so I don't understand why I can't make the page. I am not advertising events nor am I trying to bring people in to come see it. I just want to make a page about it's history. I don't understand why that is so difficult. I read the rules and don't see how posting a historical document on Wikipedia is an issue. I am doing research and have gathered facts to contribute to this page. It is not for promotion, it's merely so that people have a place to read about it's history. Others have been able to post articles regarding a place of interest to them, so I don't understand why you won't let me share an article about a historic building with cultural significance to a historic town. I changed my username so that my "agenda" is disassociated with an article that I am very passionate about writing. I don't see why creating a page for people to read up about history is that big of a deal.

Request reason:

I am just trying to create a page for the Tecumseh Center for the Arts theatre in Tecumseh. It is a historic building in a historic town and it still does not have a page with its history or details. Other Michigan theatres get the privilege of having their theatres up for people to read about on the encyclopedia, so please just let me work on this page so that people can read about the history of the TCA as well, I will change my username so that it doesn't conflict with the TCA's chance of having their story told. can i have my account back now? I don't even have the opportunity to change my username or advocate for myself because the page got deleted which prevents my voice from being heard. What happened to Wikipedia being for the people?Tecumsehcenterforthearts (talk) 19:26, 26 June 2019 (UTC)

We aren't remotely interested in allowing TCA to have their story told. You seem to misunderstand Wikipedia. WP:NOT will help you understand this is an encyclopedia, not a business directory.
