Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that the page that you created was tagged as a test page and has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. - I've deleted the page. There's no need to create a page saying that that page had been deleted, as the log is available to any who would be curious. Thanks. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 18:14, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- Is there a particular reason you need a redirect at this title? The first version you posted was just a copy of the deletion log and some links, neither of which are appropriate for a redirect. Since the name of the tower is always capitalized, having a redirect at this title isn't a good idea - when someone enters a link as Tower of london, it will be a redlink which highlights the spelling error. They then can fix it and point the link to Tower of London, the correct title. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 17:55, 7 December 2011 (UTC)
Great Hanshin earthquake
Hi Thomas, what did you mean by "wrong reference" in this edit? The link to the reference worked and its figures were in accordance with those on the Wikipedia article. If the information is wrong, please cite a new reference; don't just remove the one that's already there. Graham87 15:02, 29 January 2012 (UTC)
- Indeed. but the reference says this: "In the aftermath of the Great Hanshin Earthquake, 68 children aged under 18 were orphaned, while another 332 lost one parent." Don't remove it again. Also, when responding to messages left by other users on this page, please respond at their user talk page, not their user page, as user pages are usually not well-watched. Graham87 00:38, 30 January 2012 (UTC)
- No, it is impossible. Graham87 09:57, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
Your other edits
Hi, I've redirected North Tehran to Tehran#North Tehran, as that is what you're supposed to do when merging pages, rather than proposing them for deletion. I've also undone your edits at Accent (music) because the previous text was in American English, and English dialects shouldn't be changed without a very good reason.
