Wikipedia mirrors
[edit]Hi Thinkstationx220, welcome to Wikipedia and thanks for your contributions. I saw that you added several citations to List of Baltic Germans, however, dbpedia, detailedpedia, and timenote.info are "Wikipedia mirrors", websites that take their information from Wikipedia and can't be used as sources here. More info about mirrors here. Regards, --bonadea contributions talk 09:04, 27 January 2023 (UTC)
- Yeah please be careful with that ... you just added a Wikipedia mirror ref at Port. Such edits are highly disruptive and you may be blocked if you continue making them. Graham87 06:48, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
- My apologies I will try to do better in the future Thinkstationx220 (talk) 16:47, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
A cup of coffee for you!

DYK for Frank A. Kimball
[edit]On 4 December 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Frank A. Kimball, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Frank A. Kimball brought a transcontinental rail terminus to National City, California, in exchange for thousands of acres of land? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Frank A. Kimball. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Frank A. Kimball), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
