Speedy deletion of Agnikula Kshatriya
[edit]A tag has been placed on Agnikula Kshatriya, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. MuZemike (talk) 05:10, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Veerakumaras, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article that does not provide sufficient context to identify its subject. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Crusio (talk) 13:41, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
WP Bangalore Meetup
[edit]Following the Mailing list discussion that we had, here's a call for an informal meetup of Bangalore Wikipedians soon. Please see Wikipedia:Meetup/Bangalore/Bangalore3 -- Tinu Cherian - 09:31, 10 June 2009 (UTC)
I have reverted one of your edits to Bangalore, because it appeared to be WP:OR and did not contain any references. Bangalore is a featured article which requires certain quality guidelines that will have to be followed in order for it to retain the featured article status : an important one being that sentences in the article must be well-cited. Please read WP:CITE on more info on this, and remember to mention a reference the next time you add content to the article. Regards, SBC-YPR (talk) 17:39, 9 July 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Poo Karagu Near Ulsoorpete Final Hours.JPG
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Poo Karagu Near Ulsoorpete Final Hours.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. JaGatalk 00:08, 14 December 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Stephen Knapp(Sri Nandanandana dasa)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Stephen Knapp(Sri Nandanandana dasa) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://stephenknapp.info/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
~ Amkgp 💬 14:50, 22 July 2020 (UTC)
Stop adding copyrighted content
[edit]Your recent edits to Bangalore Karaga are extensively copied from various sources. Please revert and stop doing so. Please read the blue links in the other warnings you have received here. Hemantha (talk) 14:13, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
- I've removed your recent additions to Bangalore Karaga. The text in lead about Draupadi was directly taken from this. It's quite possible that other text is also lifted from elsewhere, but I don't have time to check. If you restore such content again, I'll report you. Hemantha (talk) 03:40, 14 April 2022 (UTC)
- Below are the differences:
- Wikipedia page:

- There is a legend which gives them this privilege. Vahnikula Kshatriyas believe that in the last part of the Mahabharatha, when the Pandavas were shown a glimpse of hell, one last Asura (Demon) called Thimirasura was still alive.

- There is a legend which gives them this privilege. We believe that in the last part of the Mahabharatha, when the Pandavas were shown a glimpse of hell, one last Asura (Demon) called Thripurasura was still alive.
- The actual demon name is Thimirasura and not Thripurasura. The copy which I have written in wiki page is the exact wordings shown in the official published book by Temple authorities. Some part of the texts might be same but it was never copied from any online materials. Please cross verify with the temple authorities in person instead of removing the whole article and claiming for reporting. There are many differences in the page and the link which you had posted. Please compare the very first initial versions of the page and the date of postings of the link which you had provided. The article was already present even before the link you had provided. Please cross verify. Shri 15:23, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
- Hello Hemantha appreciate your inputs.
- How do you say the content is not copied from "Bangalore Karaga" which I had posted and more over I had posted the official book copy and same had been added in the page. The page is not copied from various sources as well. Please be informed the page is present from past 12 years and very much required. Shri 15:14, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
