Your question
[edit]In response to your question, the first article you created, "Sarah palin affect," was deleted as belonging to the category patent nonsense, meaningless or incomprehensible. The second, Sarah Palin Effect, was deleted as vandalism. I deleted it as vandalism because it was the recreation of an article that had already been deleted, with a warning on your user page.
Regarding sources, YouTube is not a reliable source. You may wish to read WP:SOURCE and WP:NOTE for more information. You can also look at Wikipedia:Your first article.
If you still believe that the article is encyclopedic and meets the various criteria for notability, encyclopedicity, and reliability of sources, you can recreate it and place the {{hangon}} template at the top. You are then required to describe, on the article talk page, why you believe it is encyclopedic and meets the various criteria. Note that the hangon template will not prevent the article from being speedy deleted by another admin if they believe that it meets the criteria for speedy deletion.
