Hi! I was the admin who originally deleted your first submission Draft:Eke Ugbaga Eke, and your second attempt was identical to the first. The reason I deleted it was that it read like someone's CV, and as such it is classed as a candidate for speedy deletion for advertising. Having looked in more detail at the article, I can see that there is something there that could make it a valid article, but before that could happen I had to remove a lot of text. This I have done, and it is now reads in a more neutral point of view. All it needs now is for citations from reliable sources that support the text. If you can do that, by all means resubmit the article.
