How does X work?

[edit]

I am trying to update information for The Children's Hospital, Aurora, COlorado but my changes don't seem to be accepted. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. --Thechildrenshospital (talk) 21:55, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You triggered one of the edit filters. You tried to insert a link with your username wich triggered one of our edit filters. Plus, you removed referrences and categories wich should be kept. Plus, i invite you to take a look at our username policy. It seems it also creates a conflict of interest. I invite you to take a look at a username change. If you have more questions feel free to contact me! :) --FA

Hi again-

Thanks for your reply. I tried adding categories and references back to the page but since none of my changes are saving, i am not sure if I am doing it properly. I submitted a request to change my username- how will I know when and if the change is accepted so i can go back to editing my page? Thanks. Why is this account "softblocked"? What does that even mean? What is the proper way to update information about one's organization if the changes are being blocked? I thought it was inappropriate to set up an individual user account for an organization.

Is there somewhere to have a conversation with someone about the proper way to correct nonprofit information? I appreciate these talk answers but they are really too cryptic to be helpful.

Thanks. Thechildrenshospital (talk) 18:33, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
