British vs American spelling

Hi Theccy! Just a quick note concerning your edit at Thermometer, where you changed "utilise" to "utilize." The official Wikipedia policy is to run with whichever spelling came first (assuming the article is internally consistent, and that the article in not specifically about America or other English speaking countries).
