Request reason:

I was blocked a couple of months ago for harassment/personal attacks which were on my user page. I apologize for the attacks on my user page and if unblocked I will avoid harassment/personal attacks. (The attacks were removed from my userpage and they are not currently on that page.) I will focus on making productive edits to improve Wikipedia. Users such as Newyorkbrad above (see section Userpage restored above) have indicated that they do not oppose an unblock as long as I don't continue the dispute or restore the personal attacks. Additionally, I have received an email from another user saying that they do not oppose my unblock, although to protect their privacy I will not reveal their identity.
