Contribution in ca:Futbol Club Barcelona?

[edit]

Would you like to contribution in ca:Futbol Club Barcelona? Masoud.h1368 (talk) 11:51, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Masoud.h1368,
Thanks for your suggestion. I am aware that the Catalan version is very complete and highly updated. Is there any section that needs to be improved or help is needed in a specific section? The Penfield Homunculus (talk) 13:45, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@The Penfield Homunculus I have labeled incomplete and empty sections. For example, can you fill in the financial section? Or is it better to translate from es:Fútbol Club Barcelona? Can you improve the translation of the ca:Futbol Club Barcelona#Àrea social i dimensió sociocultural and ca:Futbol Club Barcelona#Estil de joc section? Masoud.h1368 (talk) 14:33, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Perfect.
In the next few hours I will review the structure of the page and the mentioned sections. I think there are enough references and resources to improve the mentioned sections without having to translate them verbatim from another language. ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:38, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Slow edit warring at Catalonia – discuss content disagreements at Talk

[edit]

Please stop reverting at Catalonia without justification by Wikipedia policy or guidelines. Wikipedia requires all content to be verifiable in reliable sources, not just your own opinion. Content disagreements should be discussed at the article Talk page, not just reverted because you didn't like something. In particular, these three reverts of yours at Catalonia were unjustified:

  • "Not impartial. True sentence." (diff) — your own opinion of what is true or is not true without a source is not a justification; this was an invalid revert.
  • "Agree with ElCaganer" (diff) — your agreement or disagreement at Wikipedia with content or another editor doesn't matter; reliable sources matter. Even though you self-reverted minutes later for your own reasons, the point is that you are using invalid reasons for your edits.
  • "Undid revision 1215773558 by Mathglot"(diff) — reverting with no attempt at justification. This was an invalid revert.

All edits at Wikipedia must be in compliance with Wikipedia policies and guidelines; in case of disagreement about content with other editors, please raise a discussion at the Talk page. Please self-revert your last edit at Catalonia and start a discussion at Talk and try to persuade other editors to support your view. A repeated pattern of edit warring or reversion without justification and without discussion may result in sanctions, including suspension of your editing privileges. If you have any questions, you can ask me below, or at the Wikipedia:Help desk. Mathglot (talk) 05:04, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Catalonia shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — Czello (music) 12:18, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not necessary this advise. In my opinion I am not currently in an edit war. The Penfield Homunculus (talk) 03:56, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/The Penfield Homunculus. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Spicy (talk) 20:14, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
