I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Phi Sigma at UW-Milwaukee for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

Try recreating the article in the Wikipedia draft space or in your userspace (User:TheWatchdog/Phi Sigma at UW-Milwaukee) so as to avoid the deletion process again.
