Masada2000
Greetings! Sure, I'll take care of it. I indefinitely blocked him a little while ago, as an obvious soapbox/rant account. Cheers, Antandrus (talk) 20:11, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oops, never mind, HighInBC already deleted it. 'Tis done. Cheers, Antandrus (talk) 20:12, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
Eastside Paterson
The information is wrong and should be deleted. The individual has confused neighborhoods in the Easter areas of Paterson and collectively labeled them as Eastside. This is wrong. --Javierbaires1 01:12, 1 February 2007 (UTC)Javierbaires1

- i'm admittedly less civil to brazen vandals. i could think of harsher terms than either "vandal" or "zit-faced adolecent". r b-j 04:08, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

Vandalism
It wasn't vandalism, I did the wrong revert. -24.92.43.153 02:04, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
You have put a "Speedy Delete" on RITA Resistance Inside the Armies with the reason given being "It is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article. (CSD G11)". It is nothing of the kind, it is a description of a hisotical phenomenon from the time of the Vietnam War which still has actual implications. It is very important to have Recent Changes Patroller, but you shpould give some thought before taking action. Adam KellerAdam Keller 14:09, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
Redirects
There's no need to delete duplicate articles like Lords Holydean, they can be redirected. Cheers, Conscious 10:10, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to the Military history WikiProject!
Hi, and welcome to the Military history WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to military history.
A few features that you might find helpful:
- Our navigation box points to most of the useful pages within the project.
- The announcement and open task box is updated very frequently. You can watchlist it if you're interested; or, you can add it directly to your user page by including {{WPMILHIST Announcements}} there.
- Most important discussions take place on the project's main discussion page; it is highly recommended that you watchlist it.
- The project has several departments, which handle article quality assessment, detailed article and content review, and project-wide collaboration.
- We have a number of task forces that focus on specific topics, nations, periods, and conflicts.
- We've developed a variety of guidelines for article structure and content, template use, categorization, and other issues that you may find useful.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask one of the project coordinators, or any experienced member of the project, and we'll be happy to help you. Again, welcome! We look forward to seeing you around! Kirill Lokshin 02:07, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Vandalism
Is there any way to permanently block 203.206.175.46 from editing? If you look at his user discussion page and his contributions he is a habitual offender. -Mike Payne 10:33, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, I am not an admin, but you can list the person at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism and a admin will take care of him for you. ThePointblank 14:34, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Warnings set
Hello ThePointblank and thank you for your valued vandalfight. I must though ask you to please follow the warnings already placed at a vandal's talk page when warning them. E.g. for this one, a {{test3}} would've been more appropriate as the user had vandalized shortly before. An appropriate set of warnings will stop vandals sooner and more efficiently, as after the level 3 warning they can be blocked. Keep up the good work! Regards, Húsönd 02:45, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Speedy taggings
I just received an email from a user you warned for removing speedy tags. If someone blanks an article they created, simply tag it with {{db-author}} rather than revert and yell at them one of those template messages for it. – Steel 23:52, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- Eseckel (talk · contribs), back on the 15th Feb. He was a bit miffed when he got told off for trying to delete his article himself when it was tagged for speedy deletion. – Steel 00:16, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah. All I'm saying is that someone blanking their article is their way of saying "delete it". We can't expect newbies to know about db-author and such. – Steel 00:39, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
