A tag has been placed on Draft:Dev Upreti, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hello TheNewYorkTimesIN. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:TheNewYorkTimesIN. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=TheNewYorkTimesIN|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 331dot (talk) 09:42, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits, such as the edit you made to Draft:Dev Upreti, give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:TheNewYorkTimesIN, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=TheNewYorkTimesIN|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Spiderone(Talk to Spider) 10:00, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I'll add it TheNewYorkTimesIN (talk) 09:57, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You may be blocked from editing without further warning if you make any further edits without responding to the inquiry you received regarding undisclosed paid editing. 331dot (talk) 10:01, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry🙏 TheNewYorkTimesIN (talk) 09:58, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please sir, help me to publish this article. TheNewYorkTimesIN (talk) 09:59, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Do you work for the New York Times? What is your relationship with Dev Upreti? 331dot (talk) 10:08, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No i don't work with new york time, I'm hired by Dev Upreti to write this article. TheNewYorkTimesIN (talk) 10:13, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Then you must immediately do two things; one, change your username(which I can do if you tell me what you want to change it to) and then once that is done, make the Terms of Use-required paid editing disclosure on your user page. 331dot (talk) 10:20, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ohk sir, so you just put any name according to you. TheNewYorkTimesIN (talk) 10:23, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I can't choose a username for you. You need to choose it. I can carry out the rename once you choose one, but you need to make the choice. 331dot (talk) 10:25, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sir please put it - ajaychadda99281 TheNewYorkTimesIN (talk) 10:28, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And please help me with other things to get this article published TheNewYorkTimesIN (talk) 10:29, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, the rename is done. You now need to make the paid editing disclosure(see WP:PAID for instructions). 331dot (talk) 10:30, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
but sir i don't understand it...So can you do it form me..Pleasee i request to you Ajaychadda99281 (talk) 10:33, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If you are being paid by Mr. Upreti to edit, it is up to you to learn about our policies and do the required work. I'm not being paid to be here. If you find the coding of the required disclosure too challenging, you may just write a statement on User:Ajaychadda99281 stating your paid relationship. 331dot (talk) 11:04, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create, maintain or restore hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at Draft:Dev Upreti. If you are interested to know how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements already in Wikipedia – and, if possible, correct them. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia. Continued disruption will be met with sanctions, which could include a block from editing. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia to learn more about this project and how you can contribute constructively. Thank you. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as User:Ajaychadda99281/sandbox, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.
