Request reason:

I have no idea who owns the accounts that got banned, this is my first time attempting to edit on Wikipedia. The main reason why I wanted to make this account is to help expand information on the British Progressive rock band, Yes. If I need to do more to get this account editing permissions, please let me know.

I shall restate myself. I have no idea who owns the accounts (I assume there's multiple considering the block reason). This is, legitmately, my first ever experience editing on Wikipedia. I do plan on following the Wikipedia community customs, I respect laws and regulations. If this unblock request gets denied, can someone let me know what happened that caused the IP I am using to be blocked? Thanks and have a great day!
