If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on George Miller (Joji), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. • I'm blocking you because there have been repeated attempts to add Filthy Frank to Wikipedia. Per the AfDs it seems to be relatively common knowledge in the FF fandom that Wikipedia keeps deleting his articles because deletions discussions have twice decided that he was not independently notable outside of the Harlem Shake meme. There were also repeated attempts to add him into various other articles despite clear indication that this information did not belong there. I don't know if you're one of the prior editors under a new account name or a new person entirely, but this is all relatively well known enough in the FF community to the point where adding him seems to be more about trying to disrupt Wikipedia to prove a point rather than actually trying to add him.
If you talk to the others, and you likely will, please tell them to stop. The lot of you have done more to harm his chances of ever having an article than actually help. The thing about deletions on Wikipedia is that the more frequently these articles are deleted, the harder it is to recreate them if/when the person ever does pass notability guidelines. At this point the article has been created so many times that he'd have to reach astronomical levels of coverage in order to justify an article.
Case in point is PewDiePie. People tried to create an article for him multiple times. Not as many as you guys have, but enough to where pages on him were deleted relatively regularly. He didn't pass notability guidelines until mid 2013, only months before he became the most subscribed person/channel on YT. Part of the reason he didn't pass notability guidelines early on was that even though he was popular, he didn't gain any sort of coverage in places that Wikipedia would consider to be notable. However despite that, people kept trying to add him and the article kept getting deleted, each time making it more and more difficult to establish notability for him. The article was actually salted to prevent recreation and it took an awful, awful lot of work to get that overturned - and that was with people following the guidelines for notability and sourcing to a T.
Essentially what you guys are doing here is poisoning the well for this performer and you're doing more harm than good here, since the fandom's actions are pretty much ruining his chances at ever having an article on here. Don't be one of those fandoms that gets a bad rap. If the fandom wants him to get an article, you need to do what the people involved with the PewDiePie article did and work on a draft at WP:AfC. There are ones at Draft:George Miller (entertainer) and Draft:Filthy Frank that can be worked on. You might be able to be unblocked, but this would only be done with the promise that you will not try to create an article in the mainspace before that point in time. It's getting to the point where we're actively considering altering the database to prevent people from making articles with his name in the title or in an article from here on out. Request reason:

I will not recreate an article on Filthy Frank unless I have been asked to do it. Promise. And if I do, you can block me all you want because of that. In the meantime, if I am unblocked, I will be inactive until my holidays start and wait for some time as I will be looking up stuff to make an article about. I only wanted to make an article that would be okay for Wikipedia and would stay on it. I wanted this to be a hobby. Then I might be making an article. Again Tokyogirl79 I am sorry that I have created this article and I didn't mean no trouble. I just wanted to created an article for the first time. Again, thanks in advance. TheJollyDuck. 19/10/2016

Accept reason:

On the basis that you won't recreate the Filthy Frank article, I'm unblocking you. PhilKnight (talk) 00:27, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Tokyogirl79:- would you object to an unblock? PhilKnight (talk) 01:02, 22 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Tokyogirl79:- Are you still considering an answer? Or are you not going to unblock me? TheJollyDuck

@PhilKnight: Thank you so much for unblocking me. I will stick true to my word that if you do unblock me, I will never make an article about Filthy Frank unless I have been specifically asked by you. Finally. Again thank you. TheJollyDuck
