Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 20:10, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 23:29, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: The DL Show

[edit]

Re your message: The article was deleted because it did not meet the guidelines for notability for web sites for inclusion on Wikipedia. You have also been spamming links on various artist's articles. Since you are directly involved in the show, I strongly recommend that you read conflict of interest guideline and the Business' FAQ. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 23:42, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re your message: You spammed links to several music genre and culture articles. You as the producer of the show have a conflict of interest in creating an article about the show and are strongly discouraged from writing about it. Please read the links I provided above as they should answer your questions. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 23:54, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Re your message: You still have a conflict of interest in adding the links since they link to content you are directly involved in producing. You can bring up the restoration of the links on the artist's respective talk pages and if the community consensus is that the link is reasonable, it can be restored to the article. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 18:35, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 23:48, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
