Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. Request reason:

I have no idea who the user Gabriel Costa is. The ban was placed solely because I created a page for Tony Nicholson. No way will my IP address login, emails, social profiles or texts will show any overlap. I am willing to take a legal undertaking citing the same. I'm not a paid editor either so question of COI doesn't hold. The page was not protected either and neither was my content promotional. I don't know 'Tony Nicholson' either.

The investigation cited that I "may not" be a sock puppet of Gabriel Costa but might connected through a another UPE. The mere conjecture used to ban the account is disappointing and frankly has resulted in a wrong decision.

I don't question the ability of senior Wikipedia users but there is literally no proof of me being at fault.

I understand what sock puppetry is. I have never and would never indulge in it. I also have no intention to ever be a paid editor. If unblocked, I want to focus on the representation of Asia (in particular Philippines, China and India on Wikipedia). All 3 countries that are personally important to me.

Decline reason:
