I think what he meant to say is....there's some concerns (as voiced here - WP:UAA) that your username is inappropriate. It's a long phrase with CamelCase and CAPS in the middle, and that can make it difficult for other editors to interact with you, because it is extermely distracting as well as hard to remember and type (usernames are case sensitive).
