A tag has been placed on Lowell Bekker - EP requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. April 2010

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Lowell Bekker - EP, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Salvio ( Let's talk 'bout it!) 17:27, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Lowell Bekker - EP. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. The {hangon} tag does not replace the db tag. We've been warning you since April of this year to stop trying to publicize non-notable recordings by a non-notable child musician. Instead of heeding our messages, you blanked them out. Since then, you have persisted in creating articles about his non-notable records, adding his name to lists, adding his songs to lists, etc. Don't pretend that you haven't been warned repeatedly. Are you Bekker, his mother, his manager, his lover, his mother or what? --Orange Mike | Talk 20:22, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me, but he is #1 in Dallas, TX by the ReverbNation charts. I think he deserves some credit. His lover, as in fan ;) Tgwti (talk) 20:39, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may place {{unblock}} on your user talk page to have the block reviewed. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I was blocked for spamming...when I made an article ONCE which complied completely at the final edit to Wikipedia's guidelines. I'm later blocked for sockpuppetry, when I tried to contact my blocker :S This is a whole mess. I don't get it! :(

Decline reason:

Nothing that you say in your unblock request is true. You weren't blocked because you made one article, you were blocked because you are only on Wikipedia to promote Lowell Bekker, and have tried to promote that individual on 5 separate articles, as well trying multiple times to create new articles to promote him, all of which were deleted. Furthermore, you didn't create sockpuppets just to "contact your blocker", you tried to continue promoting that individual using other accounts when we blocked this one. Your intent at Wikipedia seems to be only to promote this person, not to actually improve the encyclopedia. -- Atama 01:56, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This is the second time I've had to revert your attempt to remove unblock notices, in violation of WP:BLANKING (your previous effort was on the talk page of one of your sockpuppets). No, you're not allowed to "own" your talk page, even your ability to edit your talk page is a privilege that can be revoked (and you're pushing that privilege). And to answer the question you tried to ask when you (accidentally?) edited my last comment, yes I saw your edits to both Phantom of the Opera articles, where you again were promoting Bekker. I have looked at every contribution you have ever made with this account and the two other sockpuppets that you have, and every edit has been an attempt to promote this person. If you can pledge to do something else on Wikipedia that is helpful, maybe someone will allow you to edit again. -- Atama 02:10, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
God, this site sucks :( Fine. I pledge I won't write any articles about Lowell Bekker. Maybe someone will listen...until then :S
