Both sections need to be checked for syntax structure to create a clear understanding of the topic as well as double-checking your spelling and grammar. The article does not reflect strongly on the two perspectives of children who receive deaf education whether in a deaf school or those who receive accommodation in a public school. What percentage of deaf students rather a deaf school then in a public school? What are the certain accommodations from the public that help them in their daily lives? For a more neutral stand point try to provide evidence on how each education environment benefit or doesn't benefit the child. The statement, “Many deaf individuals choose to be educated in a deaf environment for their college level education” should be sourced. You have a good start and some good sources such as those provided in the section on deaf schools. Overall, great job on citing your sources and putting internal and external links into your page.
