Libraries - stretch objectives
[edit]Hi Tgburks. Please regard the changes made to Elsie Quirk Public Library after you kindly added it - https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Elsie_Quirk_Public_Library&type=revision&diff=870564864&oldid=870560827.
Your stretch objective is to get your head around wikidata - e.g. see https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q59193546 - perhaps for the Frances T. Bourne Jacaranda Public Library.
Good luck, and best wishes with MLIS :) --Tagishsimon (talk) 17:43, 25 November 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for creating Frances T. Bourne Jacaranda Public Library.
I have just reviewed the page, as a part of our page curation process.
I've added a picture from Wikimedia Commons and fixed a glitch with the formatting of the references. (Rather odd, really: I'd have assumed that this would break them but the system seems to parse them OK, which I nice I guess? Still, I've put the correct formatting in.) Also added some categories and tags on the talk page.

[edit]Thanks for creating Fruitville Public Library.
I have just reviewed the page, as a part of our page curation process.
I've added two categories. We do have an article on Fruitville, Florida, I notice, so maybe best to link to/from this specifically?

The article Elsie Quirk Public Library has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
there's no notability for individual town public libraries.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DGG ( talk ) 05:15, 26 November 2018 (UTC)
