If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Robert Joseph Greene requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Kumioko (talk) 02:53, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I saw that Gene93k has open the discussion to Canadians. Is there anyway you can open it up to the LGBT community on wikipedia too? Talk:Tews

Citation Needed

[edit]

This prompted the Canadian Library Association to reiterate their policy towards LGBT inclusiveness that would apply to "freedom of expression".[citation needed] is on page two of ^ Christofle, Robert (July 1, 2012). "Are Librarians Fearful of Giving Their Opinion Publicly?". Feliciter via Highbeam. Retrieved April 8, 2013. So, I don't know how to site this. This article isn't online but I do have a copy of it.

This help request has been answered. If you need more help, place a new {{help me}} request on this page followed by your questions, contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse.

I added reference 9 but it's not aligned properly. I also think I placed the source Xtra West in the wrong section of the reference. Can someone change this?

You'll need to type it as <ref>{{cite news|title= Xtra West Complaint filed against Surrey radio station|url=http://www.xtra.ca/public/viewstory.aspx?AFF_TYPE=4&STORY_ID=4328&PUB_TEMPLATE_ID=2|accessdate=April 8, 2013|newspaper=Canadian Broadcast Standards Complaint|date=February 13, 2008}}</ref> and insert it right after the closing period of the sentence you're citing. See this if you're looking for more info. Don't put it in the actual References section - that will automatically populate itself based on what you put in the body of the article.
Also, please remember to sign your edits to talk pages (such as this one) with four tildes, like this: ~~~~. Cheers, m.o.p 05:49, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please follow policy here or you may be blocked. Take this warning seriously. Qworty (talk) 23:12, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The threat of blocking is unwarranted, but please clarify whom you've sent the e-mail to. Is it the official copyright-notification OTRS address? Thanks, Newyorkbrad (talk) 23:21, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tiko Kerr Help

[edit]

Hey Tews,

Could you help me with my Tiko Kerr article? (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Tiko_Kerr) I need it NOT to be an orphan and I don't know how to do that. You seem to know these things better. Thanks. Desaderal (talk) 02:38, 24 June 2013 (UTC)desaderal[reply]

OK. Done. It wouldn't let me remove the notation but I notified the editor of the changes I made.Tews (talk) 14:31, 24 June 2013 (UTC)Tews[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Arthur Erickson may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • were also the subject of painting by famous artists including Vancouver artist [[Tiko Kerr]].<ref>{{cite news|title=Near death in 2006, Tiko Kerr has a 15-painting tribute to architect Arthur
