The draft at Draft:Ishq-e-Laa has been repeatedly declined, and those reasons should be addressed, or the draft moved to the correct title and subjected to articles for deletion proceedings to determine if it should remain. Note that the issues brought up in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ishq-e-Laa will need to be resolved, otherwise the page can be deleted without discussion.
