I just looked over the article on Abe Tomoji - that's a really promising start, well done. I added a few references to scholarly books that discuss Abe - it would be great to see the article built up further with reference to texts like these. As a tip for future work, it's important to make sure that even early drafts of articles published in the main encyclopedia include a statement about why the subject is notable, to avoid the risk that editors unfamiliar with the subject could tag them for speedy deletion.
