It wasn't deleted because of a "supposed" copyright violation, it was deleted because it was a copyright violation. Some of the text was copied directly from this document which has a clear copyright notice on the bottom. However, since you claim to be the copyright holder, the directions for giving permission are right up above here in the other message on your talk page, including the email addresses. But... you have more issues than copyright with this article. First of all, it's not encyclopedic at all. It's merely a personal essay that appears to be an advertisement for your website. It doesn't meet any of the requirements for notability, so it will also get deleted. Not to mention, you have a major conflict of interest regarding this topic.
