Hey, thanks for the welcome. It was kind of you. And while I'm new to wiki, I've been an avid participator around the cyber world in various places for several years, so hopefully I won't be a nasty little n00b. *grins* Again, thanks. justice 21:38, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

Excellent.. glad you found your way here. See you around.. here 23:42, 23 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Translation

[edit]

I don't know what happened on my last message, but somehow it seems to have been deleted. Anyway, I wrote something to the affect of later today I will create a page with the Millionarios translation that I've got so far and I'd be happy if you helped me out on it. I've gotten sidetracked in recent weeks. Looking forward to your input. Isaiah 11:16, 12 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Huh, now my previous message appears in the middle of the Artemis Fowl template. What the hell is that? I'll blame my machine cause it's been in utter freak out mode for the last few hours... Isaiah 11:17, 12 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I've included all I have so far (which isn't much), on my user page, though here is a direct link to the page. If you have any questions or any requests for help or more information, please just write on my talk page. We should work out a good editing, I think. If you're really gung-ho about the whole thing, feel free to tackle it all and just use me as an editor. Or I can handle particular sections to make the load easier on you. WP:AF

[edit]

Well, there is one person, besides myself, that should answer your AF questions quickly and accuratly, this guy. You may contribute to all of the articles, but we are working our way to getting this article to Good Article status. Your Grace Lord Sir Dreamy of Buckland tm 20:33, 12 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

We appear to have a new sock of a banned user at mediation, ie User:S*** on a Thicket. If this mediation is to work this SPA's comments need to be removed and no new SPAs of banned users should be able to edit. Otherwise forget mediation as I do not mediate with banned users' sockpuppets, SqueakBox 17:59, 18 October 2007

Tehjustice, seeing as you are the chosen mediator, could you possibly voice your take on the situation currently unfolding on the Mediation Page? Thanx, ~ Homologeo 23:29, 20 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I will not work with banned suers and given that non banned usersn are acting as meatpuppets for the banned suers the mediation is over as far as I am concerned. A total flop, clearly at least banned user did not want it to succeed and they have succeeded in this, but that does not mean they will succeed in disrupting the PPA article, SqueakBox 16:16, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar help

[edit]

Hey, seems to me that you are quite knowledgeable about English grammar, something I lack. I'm Brazilian, and quite interested in Brazilian literature, and I have found myself to be useful when it comes to translating articles from the Portuguese Wiki into the English one, something few people bother to do. However, given that I lack many extensive grammar knowledge, I was hoping that, in your spare time, you could take a look at my translations, proofread them, if you may. The Brazil project is in need of decent proofreaders, and I can only do so much by myself. If you're interested at all in helping me, then send me some sign, and I'll send you some articles to read. Hope hearing from you soon! Goldencako 16:57, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a lot. I'll leave you two recent ones, that are of higher importance: Erico Verissimo and Augusto dos Anjos|→Goldencako 21:59, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Hey

[edit]

Hello! Yep, I'm on here. Pretty much anywhere that there's something AF-related going on, I'll be there! Like a plague or something. Yeah, the AF pages seem to need a bit of tidying up and expanding. Hopefully we can boost them up a few classes. :)

PS: Yes I am quite possibly the worst person at replying to messages ever. :/ Sorry about that.

Greetings from the League of Copyeditors. Your name is listed on our members page, but we are unsure how many of the people listed there are still active contributors to the League's activities. If you are still interested in participating in the work of the League, please follow the instructions at the members page to add your name to the active members list. Once you have done that, you might want to familiarise yourself with the new requests system, which has replaced the old /proofreading subpage. As the old system is now deprecated, the main efforts of the League should be to clear the substantial backlog which still exists there.
The League's services are in as high demand as ever, as evinced by the increasing backlog on our requests pages, both old and new. While FA and GA reviewers regularly praise the League's contributions to reviewed articles, we remain perennially understaffed. Fulfilling requests to polish the prose of Wikipedia's highest-profile articles is a way that editors can make a very noticeable difference to the appearance of the encyclopedia. On behalf of the League, if you do consider yourself to have left, I hope you will consider rejoining; if you consider yourself inactive, I hope you will consider returning to respond to just one request per week, or as many as you can manage. Merry Christmas and happy editing, The League of Copyeditors.

The new logo! Greetings from the Artemis Fowl Project. Your name is listed on our participants page, but we continue to be unsure of how many of the people listed there are still active contributors to the Project's activities. If you are still interested in participating in the work of the Project, please add your name to the active list. Once you have done that, you might want to familiarize yourself with the current work. On behalf of the Project, if you do consider yourself to have left, I hope you will consider rejoining; if you have left, then you will have been gone for at least two months, so your name will be removed from the list, and the list will become a single list of only active editors. If you decide to return, please comment on the talk page. Happy editing, The Artemis Fowl Project Coordinators'.
