It seems that you're trying to translate part of the corresponding Chinese article, and I highly appreciate your effort. However, I agree 94rain's point that it may violate Wikipedia:NOT#NEWS with only such a paragraph (in fact, there are much more content that you can write). My suggestion is that you may try translating more, so that it would not look like a news report. Anyway, I'm the main contributor of the corresponding Chinese article, if you need help, feel free to find me (just leave a notice in my talk page or ping here).
