Category:Queensland Rail succession templates

What is going on? As far as I can see that category covers the remainder of the Queensland templates to be deleted. So I think your edits should be reverted.Fleet Lists (talk) 07:09, 22 December 2020 (UTC)

Fleet Lists, I think that TFD is not the correct place to nominate Category:Queensland Rail succession templates. Generally, categories should be nominated at CFD, the exception being tracking categories.Category:Queensland Rail succession templates is not a tracking category, but a template category. C1 will delete the category seven days after the category is emptied out. We can empty it out now. Techie3 (talk) 08:00, 22 December 2020 (UTC)

I think it is a matter of interpretation. I discussed this with an administrator some time ago who agreed I should use this method and have used it successfully on three previous occasions. But I will let sleeping dogs lie. Fleet Lists (talk) 08:09, 22 December 2020 (UTC)

As you have gone to the trouble of needlessly deleting all categories from the templates concerned and then requested a separate deletion of the category, there is no use taking this any further.Fleet Lists (talk) 08:53, 22 December 2020 (UTC)
