hello, my name is shatavia from our HIST CLASS Tavia619 (talk) 18:51, 31 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Assigned article

[edit]

I would like to add to the wiki page of Mary Tudor and create a section on the grender differences in the Tudor monarchy. Or just creat a wiki page on gender differences in the Tudor monarchy and focus on Mary I & Elizabeth

The Article that I have assigned myself is the biography of Mary Tudor (Mary I )

In the biographical information about Mary Tudor life is gender apparent? And is her gender being used as a category of history analysis according to J. Scott theory's ?

I would like to add to the wiki page of Mary Tudor and create a section on the gender differences in the Tudors.

review for class: im not sure this is how it was supposed to be done, but i could only really figure out how to review your work through here. you bring up very good points for Mary Tudor, by incorporating the topic of gender into her wikipedia page (since there is already A LOT), what does need some work is the grammar. I saw a few mistakes in spelling, such as ligamate (which I understood you meant legitimate). The flow of the article was good, and came off as scholarly. just curious on if you were going to compare how Mary I ruled to Elizabeth, or how Mary ruled in comparison to another male ruler? I look forward to reading your revisions.
