[edit]

Hello, and thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to the Chand kings article. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. Thank you! Useful for first edits

[edit]

Dear Tarit ray, many thanks for contributing. I have just sent you the welcome page (above) which contains some useful links on how to edit and participate. I hope you find this useful. For a quicker start, I suggest you have a look at Help:Introduction_to_editing_with_VisualEditor/1, which explains use of the visual editor. It is important, that articles are written from a neutral point of view, and you include external links to substantiate additions. In the case of the Chand kings, it may be an in idea to include a new section about the name controversy you alluded to and enter quotes to exernal sites or books that discuss this topic. Note, Wikipedia is not a place to produce own original work or research unless it is published elsewhere. I hope this helps. Jake Brockman (talk) 08:46, 25 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Baz Bahadur(under chand kings)

[edit]

Were there two Baz Bahadurs in history? One during Akbar's time who serviced under the Emperor in 1570 (see : article under Baz Bahadur) and the namedake who served under Shahjahan the great Mughal emperor almost 100 years later(see : Chand kings). It seems not impossible but improbable. It requires clarifications for the sake of correct history.
