Hello, Before I create multiple accounts with the same IP address on the same device. For which I have been blocked from Wikipedia I as a new user did not understand that it is misleading, cheating, vandalizing or misleading. Later I read the Appeal Block Guide and realized that this is not true because it is confusing. For which it is normal to block me. I understand my mistake and I will not make that mistake again.
