Speedy deletion nomination of Md Suvo Tamim
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Md Suvo Tamim requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Regarding the article you created about yourself
[edit]Please do not write or add to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 03:41, 25 April 2016 (UTC)
Use of non-free images
[edit]Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to a page, specifically Bangladesh national cricket team, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:34, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
- Hi Tamin Suvo. File:Bangladesh Cricket Board Logo.svg is a non-free image and Wikipedia has special rules regarding the use of such images. This particular file's use in Bangladesh national cricket team was discussed at Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2016 February 18#File:Bangladesh Cricket Board Logo.svg and determined to be non-compliant with WP:NFCC. If you have any questions about this or disagree with the result of the FFD discussion, feel free to discuss things with the closing administrator. For future reference, each image you see on Wikipedia is not necessarily licensed the same. Therefore, it's a good idea to check the licensing of any image you wish to add to an article before adding it. You can do this by clicking on the image itself which will take to the image's Wikipedia page. Anything licensed as non-free content needs to satisfy WP:NFCCP for it to be used on Wikipedia. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:42, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
