There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:

Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes (~~~~)
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to this (your talk) page, and a timestamp.
To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put
{{My sandbox}}
on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.Sincerely, Crtew (talk) 15:35, 3 September 2013 (UTC) (Leave me a message)
First tasks
[edit]Takearschn, You have completed some of the tasks. Partly done 1) You need to edit your user page and add some wikilinks to articles in Wikipedia, such as University of Southern Indiana. The tutorial, or Wikipedia:Training/For_students, should help you get started. It's very easy once you get going. Once you've edited your page your User:Takearschn link in signature will change from red to blue. 2) You need to click on the enroll button on the upper left of our course page using the token from an earlier message. Finally, I don't know who you are, and so you'll have to email me as I don't recognize your address. Crtew (talk) 22:08, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
Email me
[edit]If you're still taking my course, email me and tell me who you are. Crtew (talk) 01:57, 24 September 2013 (UTC)
