Request reason:
sorry i got caught for vandalising
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. PhilKnight (talk) 09:05, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You're not allowed to remove declined unblock requests while still blocked (as per WP:BLANKING), so I have restored the one you removed above. Squinge (talk) 11:52, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
- You have just removed the declined unblock request again, and I have reinstated it - previous declined requests are needed for the latest reviewing admin to properly evaluate things. Please see WP:BLANKING, where its says...
- "A number of important matters may not be removed by the user—they are part of the wider community's processes:
- Declined unblock requests regarding a currently active block..."
- If you continue to remove the declined unblock request you will almost certainly damage your chance of being unblocked. Squinge (talk) 12:43, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
- You have removed the declined unblock request once again, so I have notified admins at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#User:TailsUTTP. Squinge (talk) 12:51, 24 March 2015 (UTC)

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If you have already appealed to the Unblock Ticket Request System and been declined you may appeal to the Arbitration Committee's Ban Appeals Subcommittee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
