You're not allowed to remove declined unblock requests while still blocked (as per WP:BLANKING), so I have restored the one you removed above. Squinge (talk) 11:52, 24 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have just removed the declined unblock request again, and I have reinstated it - previous declined requests are needed for the latest reviewing admin to properly evaluate things. Please see WP:BLANKING, where its says...

"A number of important matters may not be removed by the user—they are part of the wider community's processes:

Declined unblock requests regarding a currently active block..."
