Actually, two points: 1) Vandalism from an IP address means the editor has not created a user page, and may, for example, be editing from a school or library with computers that many people can use. 2) Rather than a sub-page of your User page, I suggest either your own Sandbox or writing down the vandal addresses on a piece of paper. Combating vandalism is a good cause (there is even an automated program that takes care of a lot of it automatically), but editors are not supposed to post the addresses of vandals. You make a good point, but schools and libraries can check who has been on a certain computer at a certain time, so they can find who did it, but most repeated vandals have IP addresses from work. Second of all, I'm guessing you're talking about ClueBot, which:
fixes only aboutunder half of the edits (40% according to its page)
