Bonds

Hi -- at the Israel bonds article you just, inter alia, deleted many references, leaving previously referenced statement devoid of refs. I haven't had a chance, and will not in the near future, to review the edits themselves, but assuming they are appropriate I would urge you to re-add the refs.
