Anyone is welcome to edit, but I would have to advise you not to publish public relations pieces on Wikipedia, for the reason that it might result in a possible conflict of interest. As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia seeks to be neutral and verifiable. Editing about subjects in which one is personally or professionally involved is generally discouraged.

It would be best if you consult other users first to see whether an encyclopedia would be appropriate for your needs. Wikipedia has a FAQ page for businesses that might help to answer any PR-related questions that you might have.
