File source problem with File:Steve Wallace - 1 Super Bowl.JPG

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Steve Wallace - 1 Super Bowl.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 12:02, 29 December 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:02, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Steve Wallace (American football). Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 13:43, 19 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Steve Wallace (American football). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
As explained above, you should not be editing that article in any case, but suggesting changes on the article's talk page, citing independent, reliable sources that verify the information. These requests will be considered by an independent editor who will decide if they should be included. - Arjayay (talk) 17:56, 19 November 2015 (UTC) Reply[reply]
