Super, I'm not sure why the hate on Scarborough; not only does Bill Blair, Chief of Police have the stats backing up Scarborough as the safest part of the mega city, he lives there.

Actually, it's because I'm an Oilers fan that I know the truth of what you're saying. I've watched him fight, and I know his style. I'm an avid reader of the Oilogosphere, where he's always referred to as "Huggy Bear". But that doesn't make it appropriate for inclusion here. If you can find a reliable source that refers to him as "Huggy Bear" or describes his style as hugging, then you can include the information (with a source). Until then, you can't.
