Your newly created article Ciaran o'brien duplicated an already-existing article Ciaran O'Brien and has been changed to a redirect. Please use the search engine to make sure an article doesn't already exist on a topic before creating a new one. In your case what might have happened is you might have forgotten to captialize "O'Brien" when doing this, and as such the already existing article didn't show up in the search (it's a bug in Wikipedia's search engine).
