Recent edit to Leanne "Lelee" Lyons

[edit]

Hello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Leanne "Lelee" Lyons), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 08:43, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Familytreenow as a Source

[edit]

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I reverted a few of your edits [1][2][3]. Familytreenow.com cannot be used as a source on Wikipedia because it is user generated (editable by anyone). Please do not insert content into articles about living persons without a reliable source. Please see WP:BOLP and WP:RS. In a nutshell, if the information you intend to add is not available in a secondary published source, it should not be put it in an article. If you have any questions, please respond here. Thanks! Eden5 (talk) 02:49, 29 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

[4] [5]Please do not add any personal info especially birthdates without citing a reliable source. If you are confused about anything at all, please write here and I will respond. Also, Wikipedia:Teahouse and Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard are very good venues to get help. This is my final notification to you. Eden5 (talk) 00:54, 30 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
