Guideline and policy news
- Phase 2 of the 2021 RfA review has commenced which will discuss potential solutions to address the 8 issues found in Phase 1. Proposed solutions that achieve consensus will be implemented and you may propose solutions till 07 November 2021.
Technical news
- Toolhub is a catalogue of tools which can be used on Wikimedia wikis. It is at https://toolhub.wikimedia.org/.
Arbitration
- GeneralNotability, Mz7 and Cyberpower678 have been appointed to the Electoral Commission for the 2021 Arbitration Committee Elections. Ivanvector and John M Wolfson are reserve commissioners.
- Eligible editors are invited to self-nominate themselves to stand in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections from 07 November 2021 until 16 November 2021.
Miscellaneous
- The 2021 CheckUser and Oversight appointments process has concluded with the appointment of five new CheckUsers and two new Oversighters.
Whangarei

- Good day Energiseweb! Hopefully you have a nice morning there. The problem with your edit is that per WP:ELYES only official sites should be added into external links section of the article. Official sites for tourism are fine, but locally made guides should not be on the external links. If you have a question, please do ask! Thank you! SunDawntalk 21:33, 11 November 2021 (UTC)
Why my citation was reverted?
Hello sir, I just added a citation on 'Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada' Wiki page. My attempt was to add an external link to explain 'Who is considered a refugee in Canada?' but it was reverted by you. Still I am an ignorant about the way about Wikipedia is working. If you felt my act like vandalism I apologise you sincerely. Could you please advise me what went wrong from my side. - Good day Anoopcb (talk · contribs)! Hope your day went well! The reason I did the revert is that the source you used seem to be not reliable enough, and not independent enough. From the article, it clearly favor a specific immigration assistance organization over others. While the information may be good, the source is not adhering to principles of WP:RS. Using another source, preferably official sites, would be better. If you have any questions, please do ask! SunDawntalk 19:49, 13 November 2021 (UTC)
