Please help me with...a problem I am having with an article I have edited as another user continues to delete some of the things I have done without any real explanation, at nothing that makes any sense to me. I would like advice on how to deal with this issue, or if possible, for another editor to take a look at the article to see if he/she sees any problems with it. If I am doing something inappropriate I would be glad to correct it for future. The article in question is "List of Tallest Buildings in Milwaukee." Thank you.

- As the edit summaries state, your edits violate MOS:IMAGE (gigantic images violate guidelines) and MOS:CAPTION (captions should be simple and straightforward, not run on for half a dozen lines of text). 32.218.32.63 (talk) 16:42, 17 October 2017 (UTC)
- @Summstjr:, the fist thing I would suggest is taking a deep breath. No editor owns an article or even their edits. Reverting is a normal part of the editing cycle. Since you are having difficulty with the images you are trying to add to that article, I also suggest that you read the Help Pages on Images. That might provide you with an answer on how to properly format the images you are adding so they don't overwhelm the page. Remember, people are reading this page on tablets and cell phones, too, and really big images disrupt their view of it. If you have further difficulty with your edits, the normal place to discuss them is on the talk page of the article in question. In this case, that would be Talk:List of tallest buildings in Milwaukee. Hope this helps. Eggishorn (talk) (contrib) 18:17, 17 October 2017 (UTC)

Please help me with...looking at the current photo in the upper right hand corner of the "List of Tallest Buildings in Milwaukee", and tell me how this is an improvement over the most recent one I had posted. I have seen thousands of photos on Wiki larger then my most recent photo the editor reduced. You can barely make out the buildings now without clicking on the photo. Now, I must add that I was definitely in error with my initial photo submissions on this page, and I also was in error with too much text in the photo captions, but I believe I corrected both errors, yet when the photo is now shrunk to the minuscule size that it is, I confess, I simply do not understand these parameters, especially when I see far larger photos on similar pages (List of Tallest Buildings in...).
I apologize for taking up your time over what I am sure seems like a trivial matter.
Thank you.

- This should be discussed on the article's talk page. That's a better place to get feedback from editors on what image, in what form and size, should be used in the lead. In particular, there you can ask the editor who reverted your changes why they did so. Huon (talk) 20:01, 17 October 2017 (UTC)
