Hi Sumer,
You did a phenomenal job on your article. A couple points: · You mention that there are five schools of open science thought, but only four are listed (Infrastructure, Measurement, Public, Democratic). Is your final contribution, "Popular Science Writing," the fifth school of thought?
·I noticed your nice introduction/lead into this article. It was helpful in orienting us editors. However, do you intend to publish it? If so, I would not recommend using the personal pronoun "I" / first person perspective, as the language should be encyclopedic.
Benjamin Killeen Peer Review
[edit]Overall, I think you definitely need more wikilinks. (You have about none.) If you need help to make these, you can use this page.
Arguments against open science
[edit]Well written and concise. I appreciate this.
Argumetns for open science
[edit]- Not sure why "neural basis of consciousness" is an example. Seems arbitrary. Maybe give a few more examples? Or none also works.
- "Propogates" isn't used correctly here.
- Not sure what "by default" means in this conversation
Preprint servers
[edit]- At first I wasn't sure how this related back to the main article. Could you use a better lead in sentence, perhaps defining what a preprint server is, not just the varieties? You eventually get to this definition, but it needs to come up front.
- also, if there's a main article for this topic, you can link to it with: {{Main|Preprint Servers}}
