You wrote, "I will be requesting mediation from a third party on this issue." Mediation would be premature at this point, but you're welcome to start there if you want. Responding to your questions as to why I removed your comments from my talk page: When you edit my talk page, you'll see a welcome message that includes some simple reminders on the applicable guidelines to editing another's talk page, WP:TALK and WP:AGF, including a note that I may remove any offending comments.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
