Welcome!
[edit]Hello Subkelvin, welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Our intro page contains a lot of helpful material for new users—please check it out! If you need help, visit Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Yobol (talk) 17:10, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
Reliable sources
[edit]See WP:RS. For any DNA studies for an article (not just this one) we would want peer reviewed literature. So when this gets published in one of the relevant academic journals, we can use it. There must be discussion about this on the talk page. That's the way we work. You may not like that of course. And for extraordinary claims like this, we need extraordinary sources. See WP:REDFLAG. Please
[edit]Don't add that again, go to the talk page and discuss it, but read the talk page first. Dougweller (talk) 17:33, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

Your recent edits
[edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:55, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, I tried that but it didn't work, will read about it to see what I did wrong, thanks for your information SineBot
Questionable Edits and Bad Faith Editors
[edit]Subkelvin: Regarding Yobol's edits. Hi there! Yobol has made many slanted and biased edits, along with other Wiki editors who appear to have co-opted this Wiki system for the purpose of controlling and slanting pages and biographies. I'm researching all of this and gathering some very interesting information. These conflicted editors routintely violate Wiki policies and delete info, even on Talk pages, that competes with their agenda. They are, in short, Wiki bullies with special interests who don't follow the rules they purport to enforce. I will email you individually about this in the near future and see if you wish to provide me more info on your experiences thus far. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.20.11.24 (talk) 02:54, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
