12/2/22: The main feedback I have received so far was about the use of primary sources. I, however, did not feel the need to change all my information as the primary sources were only used to support the history of the act, not the impact or other subjective sections.

11/13/22: Fine-tuned article and added impact section.

10/23/22: Finished creating a lead, history, and requirements section for my page. I still need to write my reception section.
