First of all, before I explain what you should do to the article to make it fit Wikipedia's guidelines, I have to mention that you need third-party sources. Unless you have sources from reliable third-party sources, it's unlikely that your submission will be accepted. If you haven't already read it, read more about identifying reliable sources at Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources.

As far as fitting this article for Wikipedia's guidelines, you want to make the article so that it reads like an article you'd read about it in an encyclopedia. If you take a look at the Museum of Modern Art article, for example, it reads like an encyclopedia article. To me, your article read more like an advertisement for the museum rather than an encyclopedia article.

Other improvement suggestions I have are:

  • Talking more about the history of the museum if you can.
  • Providing examples of some of the artworks.
  • Providing pictures of the museum.

Also, if you look at the Highland Museum of Childhood article, there's a tag that explains that the article may be written like an advertisement. You should base this article on the Museum of Modern Art one I linked to as well as other museum articles instead of the Highland Museum of Childhood article. Hello Stgilbert. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled HISTORYLINKS MUSEUM, DORNOCH.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/HISTORYLINKS MUSEUM, DORNOCH}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 23:05, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
