Speedy deletion of Off Broadway Theatre

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please note that an article which has been deleted through Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, as happened to Marc Davenport at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Marc Davenport, should not be reposted in a substantially identical form (under the same title or a different title) unless doing so has been approved at Wikipedia:Deletion review. In this case, Ronald Marcus Davenport was substantially the same as the deleted article Marc Davenport and so it was deleted as well. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 05:30, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Stottlemyre

Since you created the page Stottlemyre and added the info about it meaning "stuttering farmer" would you please provide a reliable source for this meaning? I'm having trouble believing that it means that considering the popularity of the name versus the rather rare case of someone being both a farmer and a stutterer. I've brought this up at the Language Reference Desk and the people there are not convinced either.
