This page reads more like somebody's press handout than an encyclopaedia article. Her own book is not an independent reliable source. Everything about what she "advocates", thinks or believes can simply be removed – all that's of encyclopaedic interest is what she's actually achieved, and I'm having trouble seeing what that might be. Are there reviews of her book in solid peer-reviewed academic journals, for example?

Interviews do not establish notability(they can be used for other purposes, but not that). We don't want to know what she says about herself, we want to know what others wholly unconnected with her choose on their own to say about her. This draft largely only summarizes her activites, and not why she is important or significant according to independent reliable sources.
